Prospective tenants must have sufficient income and assets, background and reference checks, and a minimum credit score of 690.  Co-signers are accepted or you can make a no cost application with our co-signer service partner LEAP to see if you qualify. 

The last month rent and security deposits are due at lease signing along with the one-time pet fee (if applicable) and the first month rent is due upon move in.  

The Landlord is responsible for the cost of trash collection and Tenants are responsible for electric, gas (if applicable), and a fixed $35/month fee for water & sewer charges.  

Yes.  Cats and small dogs are allowed for a one-time $250 pet fee and an additional $50/month pet rent (for a maximum of two pets).
